You can find our new build guest house in the middle of the Ötztal valley in a quiet and calm location.

All our appartements are completly new and fully equiped.

For your summer hoildays we recommend bike or hiking tours with the whole family, for more activities there are some climbing areas also with fixed rope routes and of course mountain hikes in the Ötztal Alps.

In the wintertime you can go skiing in Sölden or Obergurgl and of course cross country skiing as well as toboggan runs are closed by. Take the fee ski bus it's only 2 minutes away from our guesthouse !

We are also member of the spa Aqua dome and give you a reduction of 10%.
